Information collected
The form requests a name, email and message. You may also supply a phone number, town, service and related documents or photographs. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to handle the enquiry. Send only relevant information and check attachments for unnecessary third-party data, signatures or bank details. Technical data helps prevent abuse, including temporary CAPTCHA identifiers and an IP-derived reference using a cryptographic function. Hosting may log connection information to operate and protect the service.
Purposes and legal bases
Quote requests and steps before a contract rely on precontractual measures requested by the individual. Information enquiries and related communication rely on the legitimate interest in responding to people contacting the business. Protecting the form relies on the legitimate interest in service security. If a service is contracted, contract performance and applicable legal obligations also apply. Reading this policy does not agree to advertising. The form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing and its data is not used for automated decisions with legal effects.
Attachments
Documents are processed in a non-public temporary location, attached to the enquiry email and deleted from the server after the sending attempt. They are not published or added to the media library. The copy received by email forms part of the enquiry and follows its retention criteria. Deleting a temporary server file does not delete a copy already delivered to the mail system.
Recipients and external services
The owner receives requests through the configured mail service. Hosting, maintenance and email providers may process information to deliver their services under the terms of their relationship with the owner. Disclosure may also be required by law. If you choose WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on an external platform with its own policy. Any international transfers arising from providers must be reviewed and supported by the legal basis and safeguards required by data protection rules. There is no general guarantee that all providers process data only in Spain.
Retention
Enquiries and documents are kept as needed to respond and, if a service is contracted, manage the relationship. Further periods apply to legal obligations and potential liabilities. Form recovery data after an error and CAPTCHA challenges expire within ten minutes. Rate limits use one- or ten-minute windows. These technical periods do not replace retention rules for received email.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by contacting Roaldesatascos@gmail.com or writing to the stated address. Identify your request; proportionate identity checks may be required. Where processing relies on consent, it can be withdrawn without affecting earlier processing.
